0:02 going to talk about uh a small chain
0:06 where we basically take a PDF uh read
0:09 the content from that PDF and from that
0:11 PDF create a frequently Asked question
0:14 section uh and this this is actually
0:17 very helpful if you're working with
0:18 websites at least because creting
0:20 frequently asked questions are usually
0:22 very boring in the
0:23 beginning uh of course at a later stage
0:26 where people actually start asking you
0:28 question you can start answering the
0:30 questions that they actually ask and it
0:32 is pretty
0:34 useful uh but if you just want something
0:37 initially AI can help with this and this
0:39 is very helpful
0:41 actually uh as always this is vanilla
0:44 Drupal uh installed here that's what you
0:46 see uh as always the AI interpolator
0:49 modules are installed in this case we're
0:51 going to use the convert API to convert
0:54 the PDF to um to text and we're going to
0:57 use the open AI to create the FAQ on top
1:01 of the interpolator and Drupal I also
1:03 installed the module called FAQ fields
1:06 which is a Drupal cont module that
1:08 creates a specific field that's very
1:10 useful for FAQ where you have answering
1:13 question and
1:14 answer um if you want to know more about
1:17 how to install droup bow just look in
1:18 the description uh to the video same
1:21 with uh any if you need information on
1:26 how to install the AI
1:28 interpolator also so if you want some
1:30 background info on it it's open source
1:32 everything is free once you looked at
1:34 the video you can set it up
1:36 yourself uh you can modify the code if
1:38 you want if you find bugs in the code
1:40 which there's probably plenty uh you can
1:43 fix them for me which would nice or at
1:46 least report them into the Drupal bug
1:48 tracking
1:49 software um so let's get started we
1:53 start with logging in and creating a
1:54 content
1:56 type
1:57 uh so we're just going to call this a
2:00 page in this
2:02 case and of course the page should have
2:06 we're going to remove the body as always
2:08 uh of course the page should have a body
2:11 then but that's not what we really care
2:13 about in this case we're just caring
2:15 about this little small FAQ section that
2:17 we're going to have but we need a source
2:19 to start with right so we need a file so
2:23 a file field that's going to be our PDF
2:26 file so that's the PDF file we upload
2:29 just going to be
2:31 one uh and we require this because if we
2:35 don't have the PDF file it's not going
2:37 to work we say it should be a PDF file
2:40 uh so with the convert API so you know
2:43 you can take Word documents you can take
2:46 Excel uh files you can take CSV files uh
2:50 and some other formats and convert that
2:52 to text to uh do this workflow but in
2:55 this case we're going to do PDF right so
2:58 we save this
3:00 and the second field we need is a te
3:03 text field so we can just take a text
3:05 plane
3:06 log uh because uh convert API just gives
3:11 us plain text back so this is going to
3:13 be the PDF's text
3:15 then and that's going to be one and this
3:19 is the first chain we do then so we're
3:21 going to use the text from document uh
3:24 rule we're going to run it in base mode
3:27 and say we fetch from the PDF file right
3:30 we can turn on batch just so we can see
3:34 the
3:35 progress and then we create another
3:37 field which is the FAQ
3:40 field uh and that we just called our
3:44 FAQ and that should have unlimited
3:47 number of uh questions and answers or we
3:51 could set it a specific number but let's
3:53 say we keep it at
3:55 unlimited and here then we enable the AI
3:57 interpolator and there is the open AI fa
4:00 cube field we'll run it in base mode
4:03 we're just going to do the PDF text as
4:06 the um as the as
4:10 the uh base field so we're getting the
4:15 in context from the PDF so we're going
4:19 to write there based on
4:22 the
4:23 context write
4:26 five questions and answers for
4:32 the
4:34 um for the I'm just going to turn on
4:38 full HTML so we can actually add HTML
4:41 here so question and answers for
4:45 the uh based on the context write five
4:48 questions and answers for a FAQ
4:54 section keep the answers under two
5:01 sentences you may use HTML tags like
5:06 strong and
5:09 EM uh strong can you do underline as
5:14 well uh and then we just put the context
5:17 here wait context take it copy it from
5:20 the
5:22 placeholder Advance setting once again
5:25 we're going to run it in batch mode and
5:27 we have to have a higher interpolator
5:29 weight because of course it needs to uh
5:32 convert the PDF to text so the text is
5:35 available before we try to create the
5:37 questions uh we could do GPT 4 to get
5:40 better quality of selection of questions
5:44 so writing the questions GPT 3.5 is as
5:48 good as uh GPT 4 and faster but
5:51 understanding what questions to actually
5:53 ask for gp4 is much
5:56 better uh just to make make it Nic here
6:00 I'm just going to remove some of these
6:03 fields uh so you don't see them in the
6:06 or no actually let's keep them so you
6:08 can see the process it might be
6:10 interesting actually so if you ever set
6:12 up a CMS of course you don't really care
6:15 about the PDF's text
6:19 right but let let's keep it here so we
6:23 call the stretches and we're just going
6:24 to upload this PDF then
6:27 right and that's it so now it's going to
6:30 fill out PDF text first and then fill
6:32 out
6:34 FAQs and we're going to see a little
6:37 nice FAQ Graphics because that's what
6:39 the FAQ module does this accordion uh
6:44 accordion display basically where we can
6:46 open and close different
6:50 FAQs so first it got the text and now
6:54 it's hopefully trying to create uh some
6:57 questions and answers so here you see
6:58 the text from the PDF and if we go down
7:02 there's FAQ with five questions and
7:04 answers so what is antario pelvic
7:07 tilt that you can click on right see the
7:10 different
7:12 questions um and it's not harder than
7:15 that so then you have a FAQ to start
7:17 with without having to
7:18 spend maybe an hour or two to write this
